Lafayette, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a skilled Compliance Administrator to centralize and manage administrative requirements related to safety, regulatory, and licensing compliance, ensuring accurate documentation and audit readiness across all divisions.
Essential DutiesManage and maintain third-party safety and compliance platforms, including ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, and OSHA logs.
Upload, track, and update safety policies, procedures, manuals, and required compliance metrics.
Track and renew state business licenses, contractor licenses, and registrations; maintain compliance calendars and deadlines.
Collect, verify, and maintain subcontractor Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to ensure compliance.
Maintain employee training records, certifications, operator qualifications, and expiration dates.
Notify supervisors and employees of upcoming training or certification renewals.
Support employee onboarding by coordinating and collecting required compliance documentation.
Track jobsite inspections, safety audits, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs); ensure timely and accurate submission.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly compliance reports and summaries.
Maintain organized digital records and archives to support internal and external audits.
Collaborate with Safety Specialists, HR, Operations, and Fleet Management to ensure consistent compliance processes.
Reduce administrative workload for field safety staff, allowing focus on field leadership and incident prevention.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance coordination, administrative support, or safety documentation.
Experience with ISNetworld, Avetta, and/or Veriforce preferred.
Familiarity with OSHA standards; utility or construction industry experience is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and document management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work cross-functionally.
Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Ability to occasionally visit field locations as needed.
