Requirements for a Great Fit

• 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience (Oil & Gas industry experience preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Net Suite preferred
• Experience with advanced ERP systems such as Oracle , SAP , or similar
• Experience working within customer billing portals
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
• Strong understanding of AR processes, GAAP principles, and reconciliation procedures
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

What You'll Be Handling

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable , including billing, cash applications, collections, account reconciliations, and month-end close support
• Generate and submit invoices through customer portals, ensuring compliance with contract terms and client requirements
• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on past-due accounts
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and unapplied cash
• Reconcile AR subledger to the general ledger
• Maintain accurate customer records in ERP system
• Prepare AR reports and analysis for management
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customers to resolve payment issues
• Support audit requests and internal controls compliance
