Description The main function of a logistics planning analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to the production schedule. A typical planning analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.
Job Responsibilities- Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications.
- Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
- Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
- Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
This position will follow up with suppliers via email or phone to ensure shipments are made on time, track incoming supplier shipments, understand and give direction on shipping requirements, collaborate with suppliers and engineers to update shipping schedules and methods, make changes to PO schedules in Lognet, collaborate with Receiving, Warehouse and Prove Design Crib to locate lost parts, post receipts, and update the website with accurate inventory on hand.
Work with Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook and document detailed but concise notes in the Prove Design website.

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00–$25.00/hr.
