The Logistics Analyst plays a vital role in coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to the production schedule. This role involves reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules, as well as compiling reports on inventory levels and costs.
Responsibilities- Examine documents, materials, and products to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformity to standards and specifications.
- Review production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements and material priorities.
- Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
- Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
- Follow up with suppliers via email or phone to ensure timely shipments.
- Track incoming supplier shipments and give direction on shipping requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and engineers to update shipping schedules and methods.
- Make changes to PO schedules in Lognet.
- Collaborate with Receiving, Warehouse, and Prove Design Crib to locate lost parts.
- Post receipts and update the website with accurate inventory information.
- Document detailed but concise notes in Prove Design website.

Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of logistics experience
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- Internships are accepted as job experience
The role operates fully in-office from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 7:30 pm to 4:00 pm, totaling 40 hours per week. Interaction is required with various teams, including Engineering, supply base, buyers, accounting, corporate traffic, production procurement, offsite 3rd party crib, warehouses, receiving, and shipping departments.

Pay And BenefitsPay range: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour.
