Landscapes Golf Management and Coyote Crossing Golf Club are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Assistant Golf Professional to join our dynamic team. Coyote Crossing Golf Club is a semi-private, award winning, Hale Irwin designed golf course located just off I-65 in West Lafayette, Indiana. Our beautiful bent grass, parkland-style course features multiple creek crossings that lead you through wildlife in native prairies, wetlands, and forests while challenging every club in your bag. Our player-friendly, relaxed club experience includes premium carts, a large practice area, and a restaurant with a full bar inside our scenic clubhouse, all of which are certain to provide a memorable round.

JOB SUMMARY
Works closely with the Head Golf Professional to ensure the best possible golf experience for members and guests by overseeing all golf operations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Promote, work and act in a manner consistent with the values of LGM.Hires, trains, schedules and supervises cart attendants, players’ assistants and golf shop personnel;
Directs the daily operations of the pro shop and merchandise concession.Assists the Head Golf Professional in maintaining financial records, compiling monthly/daily revenue reports.Opens and closes pro shop per club standard operating procedures which includes assisting with register set-up and/or closing and proper handling of deposits.Assists the Head Golf Professional in gathering and submitting completed employee information for payroll processing on time.Monitors cash flow in the golf shop, ensuring that cash and credit card charges balance with sales receipts in accordance with operating procedures.Maintains accurate records of green fees and cart rentals.Controls and manages play; ensures acceptable pace of play and professional golf environment.Monitors customer preferences, usage patterns, and satisfaction with Club products and services. Assess the quality of internal and/or external customer service and speed of play. Recommends plans for continued improvement.Plans and conducts quality individual and group lesson programs and golf clinics.Handles member and guest requests, complaints and inquiries with composure and in a timely professional manner.Assists with the development of programs that promote the interest in the sport of golf and the use of the course.Plans, organizes and conducts golf tournaments for members and outside organizations.Ensures efficient operation and coordination of golf shop, cart service and other services as applicable.Coordinate, schedule and supervise golf associations and league play.Completes basic club repairs and custom fitting to customer satisfaction.Devotes a reasonable amount of time to play golf with members of all skill levels.Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround time, streamline work processes and work cooperatively with others to provide quality customer service.Attends and actively participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings.Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.Requirements KNOWLEDGE,
