• Provide responses to Requests for Quote (RFQ) from Client's customers as part of the quotation process.
• Engage with stakeholders, anticipate challenges, deliver solutions, and champion integrity.
• Report to the Quote Analyst Team Lead and work at the Lafayette, IN facility.
• Support Client Extrusions (AEX), a $14 billion global leader in lightweight metals engineering and manufacturing.

• Respond to customer RFQs promptly with accurate quotes.
• Improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in the Quoting/Estimating process and Quotemaster tools.
• Interpret and support quoting analytics, including customer quote trends, quote‑to‑order trends, and quote response time trends, and translate data into useful information for the sales team (CRM).
• Accurately interpret/calculate all attributes and producibility for each RFQ (customer part drawings, spec review, die prints).
• Understand business guidelines, capacities, constraints, and cost to direct business to optimal manufacturing flow‑path.
• Provide technical assistance to Inside and Outside Sales persons on producibility, manufacturing, quality, and pricing concerns.
• Perform miscellaneous clerical and administrative duties to assist the Commercial Organization.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, One Note).
• Strong customer and personal service skills, including needs assessment and satisfaction evaluation.
• Service orientation, active listening, critical thinking, persuasion, active learning, social perceptiveness, time management, problem sensitivity, deductive and inductive reasoning.
• Experience with data base user interface and query software.

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years' work experience in a sales environment.
