Develop maximum customer relations by produce department.;
Keep department temperature logs accurately updated and maintained.;
Train and follow up with Produce associates on temperature logs to guarantee accurately recorded temperatures.;
Assist department manager in making recommendations regarding the hiring, firing, disciplining, demoting, transferring and evaluating all produce department personnel.;
Coach and train all associates to read scales and prices correctly, on customer courtesy and productivity.
