You will make an impact by:

• Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café
• Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
• Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area

• Be a Team Member:
  Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates; communicates effectively with team members; and adapts to business needs.
• Be an Expert:
  Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future productions and seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie:
  Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; uses handheld tech for production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; provides member service by addressing member needs; assists with purchasing decisions; handles payment types; locates merchandise; resolves member issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Acts as a brand advocate; supports and inspires others to work respectfully and as a team; helps identify and address roadblocks.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; uses Open Door Policy; applies these in daily operations.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; prioritizes, communicates progress, and seeks opportunities for improvement; adapts to change and feedback.
