Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable associate to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service. The role focuses on engaging customers, maintaining store standards, and supporting sales growth across the sales floor, cash wrap, and replenishment areas.

• Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively.
• Assist customers with perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Convert returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales.
• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately and encouraging additional purchases.
• Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout.
• Process merchandise for floor readiness and maintain back‑room inventory to brand standards.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and assist with markdowns, re‑tickets, and pull‑outs of stock.
• Execute floorset activities and adhere to brand visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment and support loss‑prevention initiatives.
• Assist in housekeeping and report maintenance issues.
• Recover and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Demonstrate Company values and build loyalty through the Rewards Program.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds, bending, stretching, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Minimum hourly rate: $12.00
Maximum hourly rate: $14.25
