Responsibilities- Own the Sales Game:
Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue. - Piercing Excellence:
Complete comprehensive training to become a trusted guide for customers—conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions throughout the process. - Keep It Fresh:
Maintain an Insta-worthy store with attractive displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts. - Team
Collaboration:
Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe. - Brand Representation:
Showcase Claire’s products, stay aligned with fashion and social media trends, and suggest products to boost sales. - Store Operations:
Oversee inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and promotional activities to reflect Claire’s fun and joyful brand. - Create Shareable Moments:
Encourage customers to share their Claire’s purchases and piercings on social media.

Skills:
At least one year of retail experience, with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility. - Ready to Hustle:
Organized, self-motivated, and always looking to level up.
- Ability to conduct piercings and interact patiently with young or anxious customers.
- Proficient with POS systems and able to manage transactions and store operations efficiently.
- Completed some high school education and at least one year of retail management experience.
- Physical capability to stand during shifts and handle 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs); ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders as needed.
- Passionate about providing opportunities for customers to express themselves and delivering excellent service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with customers, employees, and management.
- Understanding of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn; able to work independently when required.
- Passion for fashion and staying up to date with trends to enhance the customer experience.
- Ability to create curated fashion looks with products during shifts.

Compensation Range: $9.50 - $11.00
