This is a part-time role (20 to 25 hours per week).

As a Registered Nurse (RN), Home Infusion you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a growing specialized area of the nursing field. If you are spending long hours on your feet with little time to provide quality patient care, this is an opportunity to change your work environment. Our nurses have the time and a balanced schedule to build strong one-on-one relationships with patients and their families.

• Provide a broad range of infusion therapies in patients’ homes
• Apply your clinical IV experience and personal touch to help patients recover in the comfort of their own home
• Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment
• Understand that additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal customer service to interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists and other partners
• Engage in ongoing training on leading-edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion; certification and recertification expenses may be reimbursed for eligible RNs (e.g., CRNI AE)

In this part-time role, you will visit patients in Lafayette, Indiana and surrounding areas (approx. 150-mile radius). The role is autonomous with a flexible schedule and varied hours. Participate in on-call rotation as needed. You will be paid for patient time, drive time and mileage reimbursement.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who would like a flexible schedule of 20 to 25 hours per week, which can fluctuate based on patient census.

• Registered Nurse with current license in IN
• Minimum one year nursing experience
• Strong IV insertion skills with at least one year of infusion/IV experience
• Current CPR certification
• Valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity

• Home healthcare experience is a plus but not required
• CRNI certification is a plus but not required
• Pediatrics experience

RN Diploma, Associate or B.S. degree in nursing

Part time

The typical pay range for this role is $26.01 - $56.14 per hour. This range represents base pay for the job grade; actual offer depends on experience, education, geography and other factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to base pay.
