Overview

Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity at Aster Place Assisted Living. Evening shift, full-time. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

• Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Support a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents to promote well-being and quality of life.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents needs and deliver excellent care.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication to support a respectful and positive work environment.

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
