Responsibilities

• Serves as an advanced practice nurse and partners with other members of the healthcare team to provide medical care and treatment in a pediatric setting.
• Provides a full range of pediatric care and makes referrals to general pediatricians, family practice physicians, or specialty physicians
• Provide well-child checkups, immunizations, and anticipatory guidance to promote growth and development.
• Educate patients and their families on preventative care, illness prevention, and managing common conditions.

Requirements & Skills

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and computer skills
• Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana
• Monday
  - Friday availability
• Scheduled hours will average 24-28 per week, typically 8-hour shifts
