Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg / Telemetry
Travel Nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry needed for a 13‑week assignment in Lafayette, Indiana.
Start Date:
02/10/2026. 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts.
- Registered Nurse
- 2+ years of recent experience in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry
- Valid RN license
- Provide patient care in Med‑Surg/Telemetry unit.
- Administer medications, manage charting, and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor vital signs and respond to telemetry alerts.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and documentation standards.
