Overview
Arconic is currently in search of an Ingot Melt Bay Technical Specialist to join our Aluminum Extrusion (AEX) business unit in Lafayette, IN
.

Responsibilities- Lead and optimize the melt bay operations within the cast house, with a strategic focus on the efficient use of aluminum scrap metal.
- Drive profitability by improving scrap utilization, reducing inventory levels, and implementing best practices across melt operations.
- Oversee, coach, and train hourly employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality casting processes.
