Manufacturing Supervisor

This is a second shift position. The hours are 2:30pm-11:00pm.

As a Manufacturing Supervisor a typical day might include the following:
* Managing department indicators and providing clear direction to meet production objective.
* Inspire and drive employee performance and engagement by mentoring, teaching, and coaching employees.
* Actively and effectively maintain SEL culture by managing and addressing detractors to our values.
* Consistently seek clarity through data to drive and promote improvement in culture, safety, quality, delivery, and profit.
* Model, teach and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
* Understand. Create. Simplify.
* Other duties as assigned.
