** This position is part of a multi-skilled team within Central Maintenance at Tippecanoe Laboratories. Operator I Production supports capital and maintenance efforts to maximize equipment uptime. The role involves collaboration with maintenance, reliability, automation, plant/process engineering, and operations.
** RESPONSIBILITIES
* ** Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on instrumentation and lab equipment.
* Execute preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment compliance.
* Accurately document all work activities and time in SAP.
* Follow written procedures and verbal instructions while adhering to safety and quality standards.
* Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and departmental functions.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including maintenance, engineering, and operations.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to ESHS protocols and PPE requirements.
* Participate in required training and demonstrate continuous improvement in job performance.
* Respond to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requests as needed.
* Ensure compliance with cGMP standards to maintain product quality (SISPQ).
** REQUIREMENTS
* ** Minimum 2 years of industrial instrumentation experience.
* Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology or applicable technical training.
* Ability to read and interpret manufacturer service manuals.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team and with a diverse customer base.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent planning, organizational, and documentation abilities.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
