* Ensures EHS training is completed to comply with regulatory requirements or in support of facility, division, or enterprise objectives.
* Audits safety/health/environmental programs for compliance with company standards, government regulations, and adequacy relative to local conditions.
* Monitors periodic performance reports for trends and conditions, alerts line management to problems and makes recommendations for improvement.
* 3+ years’ experience working in Environmental, Health and Safety
* Experience in Incident/Case Management
* Experience managing EHS projects and/or teams
* Contributes to timely and accurate data collection and analysis at the corporate and site level.
* Describes the basic concepts and objectives of Sustainability.
* Supports research and general administrative requirements for our sustainability efforts.
* Understands various sustainability practices adopted by the organization.
* Demonstrates experience participating in productive collaborative processes.
* Under guidance, initiates collaborative meetings.
* Assists in communicating shared goals with diverse groups and parties.
* Helps promote collaboration across generations, functions, regions, and levels.
* Helps solve business problems and meet business goals through collaborative processes.
* Demonstrates experience overcoming resistance to many types of change in a given realm.
* Masters new and changing responsibilities.
* Explains the ramifications of changes in a positive light.
* Sets expectations and assuages fears associated with impact of change.

* Develops alternative techniques for assessing accuracy and relevance of information.
