Job duties that intrigue you include:- Network Monitoring and Incident response
- Customer Support / Residential Broadband Support
- Datacenter Operations
- Network device testing / prep /maintenance
- Network troubleshooting
* (May work an occasional weekday)
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday/Sunday required

Required Skills- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a team
- Relevant technical experience
- Credit hours toward, or achievement of, an associate degree in network infrastructure or related field
- Experience with Cisco products
