• Support the therapeutic milieu under RN supervision
• Supervise and ensure patient safety
• Deliver the schedule/program consistently
• Respect and safeguard patient dignity and rights

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High School diploma
• Driver’s license with a favorable Motor Vehicle Report
• Proof of insurance
• CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of employment
• Experience in inpatient psychiatric or healthcare settings preferred
• Experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
