We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time capacity. The BCBA will function in a supervisory and clinical leadership role, providing oversight of behavior analytic programming while supporting individuals, families, and staff through evidence-based, person-centered practices.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Function in a supervisory capacity
    , providing oversight to all areas of programming, including training of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs),
    Person-Centered Strategies, Consultants (if applicable), and DSP trainers
  • Assist in the development, facilitation, and follow-up of training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) using both Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Training (NET) models
  • Facilitate and assist in the development and identification of resources and support information for clients and their families
  • Provide model teaching and other direct instructional supports, including practicum supervision/teaching, classroom instruction, and in-service training for support professionals
  • Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools
    , including conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and functional analyses when appropriate
  • Develop and implement appropriate behavior strategies to teach replacement behaviors and reduce maladaptive behaviors
  • Provide ongoing support and training to DSPs, ABA implementers, paraprofessional staff
    , and other individuals in family support roles
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision in the implementation of ABA principles, methodologies, and behavior reduction strategies
  • Create and maintain ongoing data collection systems to establish baselines and evaluate programmatic effectiveness for all consumers
  • Analyze data on a frequent and ongoing basis to guide clinical decision-making and programming
  • Develop and oversee behavior plans/treatment plans for all consumers, with an emphasis on teaching skills and antecedent-based interventions
  • Meet as needed with supervised staff to discuss consumer progress, address concerns, and provide clinical support
  • Review, approve, and sign off on behavior plan/treatment plan training for all field staff and provide field supervision as required
  • Utilize Rethink to enter session notes immediately following each session
  • Provide consultation services and maintain ongoing communication with all stakeholders, including families, parents, community partners, and community agencies
  • Maintain current knowledge of ABA literature, research findings, and best practices
  • Complete required continuing education to maintain BCBA certification (32 CEUs every two years)
  • Maintain accurate and timely data, documentation, paperwork, and communication between personal care staff, families, and contracting government agencies
  • Meet all applicable job requirements of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), as required
Required Qualifications
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience supervising and training staff in ABA methodologies
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to person-centered, ethical, and compassionate service delivery
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in community-based or human services settings
  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of staff development and adult learning principles
