The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing medical nutrition therapy for patients with complex medical conditions. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and case managers to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

QualificationsRequired Skills:
- Current Dietitian license required or certified by the Commission on Dietetics, as required by state.
- One year of experience in the care of patients in hospital setting preferred.

- Assess patients’ nutritional status through clinical data, medical history, and physical examination.
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans in accordance with physician orders and patient goals.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Provide nutrition education to patients, caregivers, and staff.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team rounds and discharge planning.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
