Corporate Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the accounting department and overseeing all financial reporting functions.
• Providing financial insights and analysis to support executive leadership, shareholders, and stakeholders in making informed economic decisions about the company's future.
• Overseeing all accounting department activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including:
• Monthly internal and external financial statements
• Annual audits
• Annual budgeting processes
• Supervising the Accounts Payable function to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and payments.
• Overseeing Accounts Receivable operations, including billing, cash applications, and aging management.
• Establishing and maintaining financial systems and internal controls to ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Participating in special projects and preparing detailed financial analyses and reports as required.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining professional communication with management, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Working Environment:
  This position operates primarily in an office setting but may require walking through warehouse areas to oversee departmental operations. Standard office equipment is used regularly.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in financial data analysis and report generation.

• CPA or CMA certification.
• Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Six Sigma training.
