Position PurposeProvide fiduciary guidance and relationship leadership for assigned families; deliver planning and investment advice consistent with firm philosophy.
What You’ll DoClient Discovery & Planning
- Lead discovery meetings to understand a family’s goals, concerns, and priorities.
- Develop and present financial plans and recommendations aligned with our fiduciary process.
- Coordinate implementation with internal specialists and follow through on next steps.
Relationship Leadership & Growth
- Serve as the primary relationship leader for assigned families.
- Maintain a proactive communication cadence and structured review schedule.
- Grow relationships through retention, deeper planning engagement, and referrals done the right way.
Documentation & Compliance
- Document conversations and actions thoroughly in our CRM.
- Follow firm procedures and compliance standards.
- Mentor and support Support Advisors; contribute to office goals and team culture.
Retention, revenue growth/wallet share growth, client NPS, and compliance results.
Core Competencies We’re Looking ForClear communication, empathy, ethical judgment, strong follow-through, organized documentation habits, and comfort building relationships through referrals.
Experience That Helps (Not Required)No credentials are required at this stage. Experience in banking, insurance, brokerage/wealth firms, or other trust-based relationship roles is a plus.

Location VP
This role is in-person in our Lafayette, Indiana office. If selected after an initial video screen, the next step is an in-person interview with our local Vice President (no exceptions).
