Financial Advisor

Schedule: Full-time, in-person (not a remote role)

Financial Enhancement Group is an independent, fiduciary financial planning firm built to help families make confident decisions as they move toward Your Life After Work™. We believe families deserve clear answers, a written plan, and a team that follows through.

Provide fiduciary guidance and relationship leadership for assigned families; deliver planning and investment advice consistent with firm philosophy.

Client Discovery & Planning

• Lead discovery meetings to understand a family’s goals, concerns, and priorities.
• Develop and present financial plans and recommendations aligned with our fiduciary process.
• Coordinate implementation with internal specialists and follow through on next steps.

Relationship Leadership & Growth

• Serve as the primary relationship leader for assigned families.
• Maintain a proactive communication cadence and structured review schedule.
• Grow relationships through retention, deeper planning engagement, and referrals done the right way.

Documentation & Compliance

• Document conversations and actions thoroughly in our CRM.
• Follow firm procedures and compliance standards.
• Mentor and support Support Advisors; contribute to office goals and team culture.

Retention, revenue growth/wallet share growth, client NPS, and compliance results.

Clear communication, empathy, ethical judgment, strong follow-through, organized documentation habits, and comfort building relationships through referrals.

No credentials are required at this stage. Experience in banking, insurance, brokerage/wealth firms, or other trust-based relationship roles is a plus.

This role is in-person in our Lafayette, Indiana office. If selected after an initial video screen, the next step is an in-person interview with our local Vice President (no exceptions).
