Controller — Confidential Opportunity

Location: Lafayette, IN area

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 base salary

Bonus: Discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance

Schedule: Ideally in-office, but flexible with hybrid arrangements and adaptable work hours

• Lead and oversee all accounting operations
• Manage cash management and treasury functions (significant focus of the role)
• Oversee and execute the month‑end close process
• Manage audit preparation and serve as primary contact during audit processes
• Supervise AP, AR, and accounting staff
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for leadership
• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Management‑level accounting experience
• Manufacturing industry experience OR experience within organizations exceeding $50M in revenue
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, treasury, and operational accounting

• CPA designation
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Power BI experience
• Advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities
