The main purpose of this position is ensuring external customer as well as internal peer satisfaction by providing effective and efficient support relative to all aspects of order management. This position acts as a bridge between the company and its customers, ensuring the customer needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty.
b)ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Timely and accurate input of customer orders sourcing to multiple fulfillment centers, including late order tracking
- Reviewing, updating, and maintaining customer information and requirements
- Working with Planning, Scheduling, Production and Shipping to ensure on-time shipments and manage inventory in a cost-effective manner
- Working with stakeholders to help resolve issues and implement corrective action plans where needed.
