At Kirby Risk Service Center
, we are the electrical wiring, control panel and mechanical manufacturing division of Kirby Risk Corporation. Our focus is to provide service and solutions from concept through on-time delivery that meet your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) needs.

In this role, you’ll be creating quotes, negotiating pricing, and scheduling orders to help drive profitability.

You’ll:

• Collaborates with purchasing to provide information for bidding raw components
• Communicates with production, purchasing, and shipping to ensure on time delivery to customers
• Maintains working relationship with internal and external customers to ensure customer service excellence
• Reviewing and resolving customer concerns, quality issues, and payment discrepancies involving the appropriate parties when necessary

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• College level coursework or 2+ years relevant work experience
• Entrepreneurial approach to balance winning new orders while improving profit margin
• Strong math skills to accurately manage product cost data
• Strong interpersonal, customer contact skills, and telephone etiquette
• Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude;
  Microsoft Office required, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and adapt to varied work environments
• Travel to customer sites as needed
• Perform in a fast-paced manufacturing business environment
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm
