We are adding a Mechanical Engineer II to our team in Lafayette, Indiana!

Responsibilities

+ Create engine models with 3D models for 5-10 projects.

+ Document BOM changes to the engine.

+ Communicate changes to the engine price list.

+ Audit engines to ensure they are buildable and resolve any issues found.

+ Manage validation material requirements, procure parts, and coordinate shipping to the field.

Essential Skills

+ Mechanical/Engine knowledge in engines, automative, or farm equipment

+  Excellent and strong communication

+ Mechcanical design

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or similiar are of focus)

+ Mechanical design experience

+ Proficiency in CREO/3D CAD and Teamcenter Visualization (preferred by not required)

+ Good communication skills

+ Ability to work well in a collaborative team

Work Environment

This position is onsite in Lafayette, with working hours from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lafayette, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.65/hr.
