Senior Project Engineer – Automotive Industry

• Lead Facility Improvements and Capital Planning in factory environments, ensuring safety implementation in project plans.
• Lead meetings, workshops, and other tools to understand business needs from all stakeholders.
• Define technical and resource requirements for implementation.
• Prepare Cap Ex project proposals including goals, technical scope, timeframe, budget, project team, regulatory permits/endorsements, general contract management, preliminary risk assessment, startup and commissioning requirements.
• Prepare and maintain master project plan with User Requirement Specifications based on inputs from site teams.
• Develop risk assessment and track actions.
• Elaborate preliminary plan for execution of projects and scope of work delivery.
• Task/resource planning and management.
• Develop technical SOW at idea level for all projects identified.
