The project management team is responsible for coordinating efforts between the Engineering, Production, and Customer Support teams in order to facilitate the successful delivery of postal automation solutions to its customers. This immediate opening as Associate Technical Project Manager is a part‑time position designed for a student. All internships at Engineering Innovation, Inc. are paid work experiences, and the employee can work full‑time during the summer with the option of working part‑time during the school year.

• Work with different teams to document tasks and assist in creating project schedules
• Lead status and stand‑up meetings with cross‑functional project teams
• Document statuses and action items
• Anticipate, mitigate, and escape project issues as required
• Act as a technical resource to assist the project team as required
• Other duties as required.

• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours/week (Monday – Friday, no weekends).
• Be able to speak different “technical languages” - mechanical, electrical, software
• Must be able to manage simple project schedules.
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Strong negotiating skills

• Experience with Jira project management and tracking software
• Experience with Confluence team workspace software
• Experience with MS Project to create project schedules
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio software

• Development of skills required to become a successful technical project manager
