• Nurse Practitioner support
• Call coverage: 1:4
• Outreach locations within 1 hour of main campus:
- Crawfordsville: once weekly, 10 Äì14 patients (10:00 a.m. Äì 4:00 p.m.) - Rensselaer: once monthly, 10 Äì14 patients (10:00 a.m. Äì 4:00 p.m.)

• Active Indiana medical license or ability to obtain
