This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Call: OR (4p-7a), OB (7a-7a)
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Certifications required:
  Must have an Indiana DEA License or transferable once accepted.
• License required:
  Must be Board Certified in Anesthesia and have an Indiana license.
