About the Practice:
Unity Healthcare is a multi-specialty private practice dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in Lafayette, Indiana. Our team of four physicians delivers comprehensive outpatient primary care at two sites, supported by access to specialty services including general surgery, pediatrics, GI, anesthesiology, neurology, radiology, and vascular care. With a collaborative environment, modern EMR (Allscripts), and onsite minor procedures such as pap smears and dermatologic treatments, our practice offers physicians the tools to provide excellent care while enjoying a balanced lifestyle.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-focused (100% clinic-based)

• Typical patient load: 20-25 patients/day

• Monday-Friday schedule, 9am-5pm

• Minimal phone call coverage: 1:4 weekday and weekend call, shared equally among providers

• Minor in-office procedures included

• Partnership track consideration after 2 years

• Fully supported with sign-on/relocation assistance, health/dental/vision, CME funding, retirement plans, and malpractice/tail coverage

Compensation:

• Competitive salary based on MGMA survey data ($280,000-$300,000) with bonus potential

• Benefits, relocation, license/DEA reimbursement, and CME support

Qualifications:

• MD or DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible (required if not a new graduate)

• AAFP certification

• Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required

• J-1 visa sponsorship considered
