• Full time opportunity
• Day shift, Monday – Friday, flexible clinic hours, devoted gyn surgery time
• 1:7 call schedule with 24hrs in house call
• Average 1500 deliveries per year, level 3 NICU
• Team of 7 Physicians and 8 APPs with 30 support staff
• Sign on bonus of $150K, relocation assistance available & base pay over $400K

• Schedule/lead monthly department meetings and produce agendas and minutes
• Ensure appropriate coverage of departmental clinical responsibilities and publish on‑call schedules in a timely manner
• Address patient complaints and approve schedule changes while maintaining patient access to services
• Collaborate with practice managers to manage departmental budget
• Work with department manager, CMO and HR on personnel issues involving department members
• Quarterly rounding on all department providers and periodic one‑on‑one meetings
• Provide obstetrics and gynecology care including full spectrum surgery
• DaVinci robotics skills preferred

• Board certified with Medical Degree or foreign equivalent
• Licensure to practice in Indiana with current BLS certification
• OBGYN Residency required
• Excellent communication and knowledge of policies & procedures for the area

• Robot capable facility with robots at both Ambulatory surgery center and the main hospital
• AI OR Scheduling program – live
• MD anesthesia available or medical direction
• OR Metrics teams actively working on FCOTS (first Case on‑time starts), accurate case scheduling, turnover times
• Chief of Surgery and Peri Operative OR Director onsite in the OR
• Engaged OR nurses
• Engaged pre and post OP Nurses
