Position: Customer Service Support I
Our client, in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Customer Service Support  to join their team. As a Customer Service Support, you will be part of the customer service department supporting the customer quotation process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a respectful attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Respond to Requests for Quote (RFQ) from customers efficiently and accurately

+ Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for quotations

+ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and quotations

+ Ensure timely follow-up with customers to support their needs

+ Assist in continuous improvement of the quotation process

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment

+ Basic understanding of manufacturing or industrial processes is a plus
