Office Manager-Residential Construction & Remodeling

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to run the "back of house" for our residential construction company. You will be the central point of communication between our project managers in the field, our subcontractors, and our custom home clients. Project Administration: Assist with permit applications, and maintain project files for new builds and remodels.

Financial Coordination: Assist with job costing reports to ensure projects stay on budget.

Client & Vendor Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for new inquiries; coordinate schedules between homeowners, designers, and site leads.

Office Operations: Order office supplies, manage company software (e.g., Jobtread), and maintain the company calendar.

Human Resources: Assist with onboarding new hires (like our field carpenters) and managing employee records.

Industry Knowledge: 2+ years of experience in a construction or trade-related office environment is highly preferred.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in construction management software and accounting platforms (Quick Books).
