We are looking for the right person to join our team as an Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member supporting daily administrative operations associated with work orders, time tracking, and coordination with project teams. By maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude, this position contributes to the overall success of each department and the company as a whole.
Duties- Print, organize, and label work orders from SAP by craft.
- Enter daily closing notes for all crafts in the SAP system, including crew details and work completed.
- Maintain timesheets for craft foremen and crews, ensuring time entered into SAP matches time submitted to the main office.
- Assist with work order tracking, billing coordination, and resolving discrepancies with foremen or coordinators.
- Review and correct work order errors, including missing or incorrect numbers, hours, or classifications.
- Maintain office supply inventory and support general administrative tasks as needed.

- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based systems.
- Experience with data entry and administrative coordination in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn and work within SAP systems for work order management and time entry.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with work orders, timesheets, and daily notes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with craft foremen, coordinators, and office staff to resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Associate degree preferred but not required.
- Ability to multi-task, remain flexible, and be dependable.
