Description We are looking for a success-driven and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Lafayette, Indiana. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting financial advisors as they guide members toward achieving their financial goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with clients to schedule and confirm appointments with financial advisors.

- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations within the Wealth Management department.

- Use advanced computer skills to navigate programs like Microsoft Word and Excel efficiently.

- Maintain and prioritize daily tasks to ensure all work is organized and completed on time.

- Deliver exceptional service by addressing inquiries and fostering trust with clients and team members.

- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

- Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and other materials as needed.

- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent is required.

- Proven customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.

- Proficiency in technology tools and basic system navigation.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

- Must successfully complete background prescreening for employment.

- Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or administrative support is preferred.
