Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Prepare bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
• Create and post journal entries as part of the month-end close process
• Assist with financial statement review and account analysis
• Support audit requests by providing schedules and documentation
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate financial coding and reporting

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• 1–3 years of Staff Accountant or similar accounting experience
• Strong understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Excel proficiency and experience with accounting/ERP systems
