Position Summary

The Crew Person is responsible for performing specific tasks and duties within the restaurant. This role provides each guest with a positive experience, prepares quality food products according to standards, and keeps the restaurant clean, pleasant, and safe for all guests and employees.

Essential Functions
  • Follows all Company Guest service guidelines and procedures; takes appropriate actions to ensure all Guests receive “SUPERSTAR Service”
  • Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively; cleans and stocks the station area(s); performs other cleaning duties as assigned
  • Ensures that all Guests receive hot, quality products; prepares, packages, and delivers all products according to Menu Standards
  • Handles all food products according to company procedures; follows all food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety of Guests and employees
  • Follows all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs; properly uses all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Demonstrates effective oral communication skills with internal and external contacts
  • Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned based on business needs
Position Qualifications/Core Competencies
  • Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts
Work Environment

Fast-paced environment working with kitchen equipment in tight quarters

Physical Demands
  • Stand for long periods
  • Bend and stoop
  • Work around heat
  • Lift 50–75 lbs. comfortably
  • Work with various cleaning products
