About the RoleWe are looking for a Part-Time/On-call House Manager forMen's Recovery Residence to support the stable, safe, and recovery-focused operation of our residence. The House Manager supports the day-to-day operations of Flatirons Recovery’s residential housing program. This role ensures a safe, structured, and supportive living environment for clients participating in treatment and recovery programs. The House Manager works closely with the Lead Housing Manager and clinical staff to maintain program consistency, support client accountability, and foster a positive, recovery-oriented community.
WhatYou'll Do
- Transport clients safely and punctually between housing, the office, and approved destinations such as group sessions, activities, or pharmacies.
- Assist with client housing intakes, including property checks, room readiness, and orientation to house rules and expectations.
- Maintain awareness of clients’ activities and whereabouts during shifts; promptly report any incidents or concerns to the Lead Housing Manager or designated staff.
- Complete and submit nightly shift reports for internal communication.
- Facilitate morning meditations, evening 11th-step reflections, and weekly Big Book studies.
- Oversee daily chores and deep-cleaning schedules to ensure the house remains organized and well-maintained.
- Conduct weekly inventory of housing supplies and report needs to the Lead Housing Manager.
- Assist clients with discharge procedures, ensuring all belongings are collected and rooms are ready for the next intake.
- Enforce housing rules while modeling positive behavior, accountability, and a substance-free lifestyle.
- Support client engagement in program-approved recovery activities, including 12-step meetings, sponsor outreach, and sober community involvement.
- Deny access to unauthorized visitors and maintain confidentiality to preserve a safe, recovery-focused environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, peer reviews, and required training sessions.
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns regarding the facility or vehicles.
- Serve as a liaison between housing, clinical, and operations teams to ensure consistent communication and support for clients.
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and communicate effectively.
- Ability to assist clients weighing up to 300 lbs. when entering or exiting vehicles safely.
- Experience in a recovery residence, sober living, or community care setting preferred.
- Earn paid sick time in compliance with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act
Up to 48 hours (6 days) per employment year, based on hours worked - Sick time accrues with hours worked and resets each employment year

Compensation:$15.16 and $17.00 per hour
