The Acute Care and Monitoring OU is committed to excellence in innovation and commercialization, refining its product delivery and commercialization approaches to enable product leadership across all segments of our portfolio.

This role requires enhancing innovation processes, refining design and delivery approaches to deliver an integrated portfolio that enables product development and distribution excellence across ACM. You will work on-site at least 4 days a week as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross‑functional collaboration.

Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Develop, create, and implement global coordinated cross‑functional project plans for the commercialization of OEM supplier initiatives across ACM.
  • Product‑level program management, commercial program management, cross‑product/technical site program management, and/or external partnerships to deliver products or services.
  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring commercialization program goals are reached.
  • Lead or leverage cross‑functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new business development deals and ongoing lifecycle management of OEM supplier products and therapies.
  • Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison between OEM supplier project management and cross‑functional teams.
  • Review project status and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports.
  • Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, assess issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and OEM suppliers.
  • Gather requirements, plan, elicit, and manage them to ensure they meet stakeholder demands.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to obtain engagement and ensure end products or processes solve business problems.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks; work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects.
  • Provide technical leadership in directing the efforts of cross‑functional teams for development and production release of all relevant deliverables in compliance with the Go‑To‑Market strategy.
  • Provide necessary leadership including program/project interdependency analysis.
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal ROI and coordinate cross‑project initiatives.
  • Inform the Innovation Council of commercialization progress for new deals and OEM supplier management.
  • Ensure commercialization plan remains aligned with project plan by addressing resource conflicts and problems, facilitating project team meetings, preparing agendas, taking and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Drive alignment across commercialization and product lifecycle management core teams; work closely with Innovation Delivery leaders and cross‑functional teams to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing.
  • Utilize effective project management techniques to independently execute on deliverables, managing scope, schedule, risk, and budget.
  • Provide input on establishing program objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
  • Monitor effectiveness and performance of launch and project team, facilitate development of contingency plans, recommend corrective actions.
  • Contribute to best practice creation and sharing across teams, creating/enhancing tools and templates.
  • Develop project management skills of others, provide coaching and operational leadership.
  • Establish plans and implement policies and strategies, impacting program schedules or resource allocation.
  • Interact frequently with external suppliers, business development and regions in integration of programs/products.
