Our agency celebrates its 5th anniversary on April 1, 2025, but I’ve been with State Farm since 2012. I lead a team of six—three in-office and three remote—and we’re moving into a beautiful new building in March 2025. We offer flexible hours, personalized training, competitive pay with commissions and bonuses, PTO, a 401K match, and snacks. Health or life insurance benefits are coming in 2025, and we even have an office dog!
I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and am passionate about giving back. We support the homeless with clothing drives, partner with the local YMCA for kids' programs, and sponsor events like the Lafayette Music Fest. Shawn Hughes - State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified and empathetic professional for the role of Life Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. As a customer-oriented expert, you will market the best Life/Health insurance services and products to benefit clients and their families. Your sales experience equips you to continually grow your income as you provide the needed security for times of distress and vulnerability.

- Promote and sell life insurance products to clients.
- Assist clients with life insurance applications and claims.
- Provide clients with information on life insurance plans and options.
- Maintain compliance with life insurance regulations.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and services.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in life insurance sales.
- Must currently hold valid Life/Health License.
Compensation $65,000.00 per year
