Key Responsibilities- Provide production and product support engineering, including testing methods, data collection, troubleshooting, device specifications, and resolving yield or performance issues.
- Support product development and high‑volume manufacturing by maintaining components and devices after transfer, collaborating with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to drive improvements.
- Update and maintain product documentation, test methods, engineering reports, and support supplier‑related changes or minor design updates.
- Participate in root‑cause investigations, continuous improvement activities, and analysis of customer returns or device usage issues.
- Assist customers with technical questions or testing challenges on complex devices as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, or related discipline)
- Prior Medtronic experience in the Surgical OU.
- Familiarity with R&D or product development in a regulated industry.

Medtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package. Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $68,800.00 – $. The position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
