This position offers flexible hours and opportunities to assist seniors on both day and night shifts. Clients may require as little as 2-5 hours of care or up to 24-hour care.
As a Caregiver, you help seniors live as fully and independently as possible while remaining in the places they love. You provide non-medical elderly care and home companionship, helping with tasks such as laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. You support daily personal hygiene with dignity and professionalism. You may assist clients who have dementia or cognitive impairments. Your kind, patient demeanor ensures high-quality elderly care.
You carefully complete documentation for each shift and submit timely updates. You communicate with the office about the condition and needs of your clients. You feel good about helping seniors enjoy their golden years and choose a career in caregiving.
What we are looking for- Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Willing to be trained
- Reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2+ years of home care experience would be a plus; caring for a loved one counts
