Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors throughout the store by demonstrating a command presence;
Maintain a safe and secure store for our customers and associates with attention to detail;
Enthusiastically engage with customers and associates in areas of highest risk for shortage;
Gather and document indicators of external theft and support evidence gathering;
Assist store leadership in the preparation and execution of the semi-annual inventory process and developing action plans to reduce shortage
