The Villages Health, soon transitioning to Center Well Senior Primary Care, is seeking a Hospitalist to join our value-based hospitalist practice in The Villages, Florida.
This position offers a 7:00 AM 7:00 PM, 7-on / 7-off schedule with an average daily census of approximately 12 patients. The practice operates within an open ICU model with dedicated Intensivist coverage, and no procedures are required.
This is an excellent opportunity for hospitalists seeking a balanced schedule, manageable patient volumes, and a collaborative, quality-focused care environment.
