Tribute seeks a Floating Maintenance Technician for our beautiful properties (Ashton Woods and Cooper’s Ridge) located less than 10 minutes apart from each other in Ladson, SC. • Repair and maintain appliances: troubleshoot and fix refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers/dryers, and more!
• Turn apartments efficiently: ensure units are clean, functional, and move‑in ready with working appliances and fixtures.
• Handle general repairs: perform repairs and upkeep across the property, including basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Conduct preventive maintenance: keep appliances and systems in top shape to ensure resident satisfaction and safety.

• Knowledge: 1+ years of experience in general maintenance, with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Hands‑On: own and know how to use basic hand and power tools, can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.
• Certified: HVAC/EPA Certification and/or CPO is a plus.
• Schedule:
  
  on‑call duty rotation required.
• Trustworthy: ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $27 to $29 per hour
. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
