Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services at a client’s site.
Location and Schedule- Site
Location:
Ladson, SC 29456 - Shifts: Morning Shift, Afternoon Shift
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Start Pay: $22.50 per hour
- Workdays: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Minimum Age: 21 years old
- Valid Driver's License: Required
- Experience: 2+ years security experience, 1 year supervisory experience preferable.
- Computer/Tablet: Comfortable using.
- Oversee all aspects of the security function on‑site, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
- Ensure contract‑required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
- Manage overtime within designated limits.
- Inspect personnel and job performance to maintain quality of service and contract compliance.
- Handle payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
- Make recommendations for personnel actions and productivity/cost‑reduction.
- Respond to client requests and emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
- Provide direction and instruction to subordinates.
- Make disciplinary or commendation decisions.
- Recommend physical security surveys and post orders.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
- State licensing tests and training as required.
- Minimum 2 years security experience and 1 year supervisory experience, or equivalent.
- Experience in active‑duty military, reserves, National Guard, Auxiliary Police, or Police Cadets is preferred.
- Associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
- Strong customer service, communication, problem‑solving, listening, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to operate radio, telephone equipment, and console monitors.
- Attention to detail and ability to assess situations quickly.
- Qualified for Custom Protection Officer.
