Security Site Supervisor

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services at a client’s site.

• Start Pay: $22.50 per hour
• Workdays: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Minimum Age: 21 years old
• Valid Driver's License: Required
• Experience: 2+ years security experience, 1 year supervisory experience preferable.
• Computer/Tablet: Comfortable using.

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on‑site, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract‑required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Manage overtime within designated limits.
• Inspect personnel and job performance to maintain quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and productivity/cost‑reduction.
• Respond to client requests and emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates.
• Make disciplinary or commendation decisions.
• Recommend physical security surveys and post orders.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
• State licensing tests and training as required.
• Minimum 2 years security experience and 1 year supervisory experience, or equivalent.
• Experience in active‑duty military, reserves, National Guard, Auxiliary Police, or Police Cadets is preferred.
• Associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem‑solving, listening, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate radio, telephone equipment, and console monitors.
• Attention to detail and ability to assess situations quickly.
