What You’ll Do:

As a Quality Intern, you’ll be an integral part of our mission to deliver world‑class vehicles. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and quality professionals, contributing to real projects and learning from the best.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Boosting Quality Performance: Support root cause analysis and collaborate with the failure analysis team to solve complex production issues.
• Data‑Driven Decisions: Apply statistical tools to analyze quality trends and drive continuous improvement.
• On‑the‑Ground Engagement: Participate in shop floor meetings and project discussions, documenting key insights and actions.
• Quality Tracking: Monitor internal quality metrics, including Q‑Release and failure management processes.
• Audit Support: Assist in audit preparation and execution.
• Project Ownership: Lead your own quality improvement initiatives from concept to implementation.

  Inspect incoming materials and support the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
• Daily Operations: Track production and supplier claims to ensure timely resolution and feedback.
• Team Facilitation: Organize and moderate our internal quality meetings, fostering cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a 2‑ or 4‑year degree program (Engineering, Quality, or related field)
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Solid foundation in math and science
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Passion for quality management and continuous improvement
